At Artzzy Solutions Inc, we take the protection of your privacy very seriously. Your privacy is extremely important to us and we are bound by and conform to the guidelines laid out in the Canadian Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Canada's Anti-Span legislation (CASL).
COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
In providing you access to our software we collect your email address and when you order Artzzy photo books, wall art, calendars, gifts or other products, billing, and delivery information. We will only use this information for the purpose that you provided it to us, and we will not disclose the information to any third party without your approval.
In order to deliver your order, your name and delivery address must be provided to the postal services or courier companies. We do not store your credit card information. No access will be provided to your information except where required by Canadian federal law or Ontario's provincial law.
You retain the ownership and copyright to all images you upload to our servers. We use these images to manufacture the products you order and for nothing else. We retain these images on our servers only for the duration of work in progress and for a limited time thereafter in case an order is lost or damaged in shipping. You are advised an encouraged to retain backup copies of your images as the images you upload are deleted within a set amount of time after your order is shipped and cannot be accesses or downloaded after this time.
EMAIL
If you have given your approval, we will from time to time send you information about Artzzy products and services. This information is dispatched direct from our mail servers or via the Constant Contact email gateway service. Constant Contact provides Artzzy with a profile center and unsubscribe functionality to facilitate unsubscribing from Artzzy. Your email address is provided to Constant Contact to enable this to occur. They are not permitted to use this email address for any other purpose.
